IVE BEEN WITH THIS SERGURY FOR MORE THAN 30 HAPPY AND WELL CARED FOR YEARS, ALL WITH the SAME GP. I LIKE THE STAFF PHOTO DISPLAY AT RECEPTION, IT HELPS TO LEARN THE NAMES OF NURSING AND RECEPTION AND OTHER STAFF. THE FACE TO FACE SERVICE WITH OTHERS DOCTORS AND NURSING STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXEMPLARY. WHEREVER I LIVE IN UK, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO CONTINUE WITH TELEPHONE REVIEWS AND 3 OR 4 FACE TO FACE REVIEWS PER YEAR, AS I VALUE THIS PRACTICE'S SERVICE SO HIGHLY AND THE VERY HIGH STANDARDS OF SUPPORT STAFF, NURSES, RECEPTION, AND PRESCRIPTION STAFF, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT TEAM. Have been a with this clinic for over 20 years. It's right the receptionists may not be as friendly as they could be but most of the time they are fine. I appreciate that they do work under a lot of stresss. Have been to see almost all of the doctors, they are all very helpful. The best part of this clinic are the nurses. I have had a couple of surgeries and my wounds needed to be dressed by them. They are all very nice and friendly. Giving me the advice I needed. They are not there because it is their job I genuinely think they care about my well being. Especially nurse Martha. She's wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. It was a joy to see her smiling face every time when I walked into the room even though she was about to inflict pain on me (of course not purposely). Thank you very much to Martha and Catherine you both are wonderful.

The GPs are all very nice, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, i can count only one (Lina) or two receptionists that are friendly. The majority of them are a bit abrupt and you feel like you are a burden to them. I have been patient since 2006 and this is not something that has started recently.
